“非常不好的經驗！旅館資訊説明24小時入住服務，並且在入住前一天以電子郵件通知住房登記的密碼，但我們在晚上十點抵達時，卻無法成功使用該密碼取得入住的房號和房門卡片！ 現場沒有任何人可以協助，連大門口的對講機也沒有回應，致電Hotel.com的客服中心請求協助，也無法和飯店的任何人聯絡上！折騰了三個小時才由第三位客服中心作業員安排到20公里外的另一個酒店入住，國際電話講了近三小時、再加上駕車的時間、油錢和過路費都是增加的費用啊⋯⋯ 之後也沒有任何來自該酒店的訊息或道歉，真的很誇張。從來沒有想到會有這樣的情況和住宿服務，請大家千萬不要再選擇這樣的業者！”

“The hotel was very well looked after and cleaned by the staff. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit tire looking inside and out but the pool is great and the staff make the place super. Breakfast is really good and all the produce is very fresh and local.”

“Perfectly located. Attractive property and very good staff. No meals except (very good) breakfast but cold platters available, lunch or dinner, by arrangement. Aircon system not really up to the job of 38' but when ours failed, our room was changed immediately. Very nice, quite large salt water swimming pool. A handrail to get into the pool would be a great addition; people with difficult knees (me) or hips may not be able to get in or out without help.”

“In the center of Eygalieres, above a restaurant, a/c, huge updated room and bathroom, nicest staff, best mattress, we could not find better! In the morning we discovered it was brocante day, right in front of the hotel.”
