"Jose's apartment is a fabulous location right on the beach across from an excellent pier restaurant...Cool Beans and a dive shop...Chuck and Robbies. It is clean. We slept good and the air worked perfectly. The pictures on the site are not updated so we had a moment of concern when we walked up and saw a washer and dryer on the porch with other clutter but we overlooked all this because the location is so perfect and Jose is a great host. We would stay again. "

"This condo was very nice. It was exactly as advertised (except there is no hot tub as listed). Clean and well stock. The balcony has beautiful sea views. It is a pretty good distance from town & the roads are quite bumpy. The pool left a little to be desired, but it was adequate. It really didn't have much time of full sun & was 4' everywhere, making it hard for shorter people to be able to stand in it comfortably. The whole complex is very well maintained. The grounds/workers were excellent...

"Any review on this property that is negative is absolutely inaccurate! For one, read the water faucets. Up is hot and cold is down here. Pretty simple. The management is little downstairs on the corner and they are AMAZING! I got sick on our trip and Tammy walked my wife to a CLOSED business to get me help. Most everything tourists will want to do is within walking distance. My wife and I have always stayed at wildly more expensive, much further north, resorts and we will definitely stay here...

"The most important thing to know about the listing is that the description of the location is completely inaccurate. This unit is not in San Pedro town with a 6 minute walk to the water taxi. The only way to access the property is via boat. There are preset times for the boat across to the property. No one communicated this to us until we were on the water taxi to the island. You can pay the manager for out of schedule trips, but that assumes you can contact him. If you miss the boat, you will...
