“Great studio at a great price for our family of three. Well air conditioned, which is super necessary in Caye caulker. Also loved the pool area that gave a sense of seclusion and a welcome opportunity to cool off. Only note is that the bathroom accordion door and slightly less than floor to ceiling walls doesn’t provide sound privacy for the toilet - if that is a big deal then this is your heads up, for our family it was a total non-issue.”

“We enjoyed our stay. This property is slightly out of the busy area of Caye Caulker, but very walkable (and you can rent bicycles too). The small restaurant (Clouds) was popular and good food. The rooms were big with decent amenities such as a refrigerator, hotplate and toaster oven, drinking water, and wifi. There was a small pool which I used a few times. The location was about a 5 minute walk to grocery stores and about 10 minute walk to the main restaurant area of Caye Caulker. Staff was……

They arranged for a taxi to meet us at the airport on arrival and coordinated the same driver for our early morning flight a few days later. The house was clean and we enjoyed the hammocks on the front porch. The location was perfect for us, we were able to walk everywhere.”

Upon reaching the house we discovered no running water, raw sewage backup in the downstairs bathroom, a worker occupying one bedroom (uncomfortable with teens in our group), leaking……

“Staff was amazing, the place was clean and had everything we needed. Location was a bit noisy at night and on a busy street so made backing out with the golf cart a little tricky. The locals are not very patient. The rooftop pool area was great!”
