"We love the place so much, super clean, well maintained, very nice pebble flooring outside which is very important in a wet weather as it doesn’t get slippery, amazing owners and staff, great foods, great ocean front and there’s diving and snorkeling spot just below the resort. "This our 3rd stay at Kandaya. Sadly, lots of upgrading is needed now. We first had a deluxe suite booked. Foul smell was coming from bathroom, TV wasn’t working well and air conditioned was not functioning well. We eventually moved to a villa, which was better but bathroom needs upgrading, tiles from the pool were coming off as well. Gym definitely needs a lot of upgrades. Air condition was always not properly functioning and ALL equipments were so old, most were taped off and too old to use....

"This was our third stay here at Alta. I like the comfort in the rooms, and the property is very peaceful and quiet - with the occasional airplane taking off. The parking lot has always been wide open when I have stayed here, and there is a security guard at the entrance. The Staff have always been super nice and helpful! it looks like a great place to have a company retreat as there are a lot of event spaces available."
