算是很滿意了、想不到什麼不好的。只是我太笨了，一大筆錢藏在床底下竟然忘了，過了五六個小時再回去都有人入住了⋯想必是被打掃的人給拿走。但飯店主管很積極處理，算是滿窩心了！

人員的素質及服務都很好，但硬體設備顯得十分的老舊破損...。 飯店的位置很好，短期住宿還是很不錯的

in the resort i thought at least the fruits and juice will be terrific, but instead it was horrible, the breakfast fruits has few options and looks terrible. and the juice in the AZURE beach club i have ordered different juices for the past few days was also horrible, taste like it was filled with water, taste dull. that was a real down side. another down side was asking the hotel to reserve a taxi , of course we can always order a GRAB car for ourselves, but when in early mornings when there might be no grab we needed to reserve a taxi which the hotel said it must be reserved 30 minutes ahead, which was fine. but when we reserveed the taxi 30 minutes ahead and waited for our car, and 30 minutes past and they just told us there are no taxi so we have to take the hotel cab which is 2 times expensive than a taxi and we have to take it because we needed to catch the plane. i thought that was a little like robbery.
