Here children can play and have fun while the older ones can relax under sun umbrellas or in the large private garden. The garden is fenced and consists of a courtyard of about 70 square meters and a porch of about 20 square meters; it has a barbecue, a table and chairs for outdoor use, two sun loungers, and a hammock to enjoy hours of relaxation. The house is on two levels for a total of approx. 80 sqm. **Ground floor:** living room with kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with small freezer, single bed with cushions for sofa use and pull-out bed. Large double bedroom with the possibility of 2 extra beds, bathroom with shower and window. **First-floor :** double bedroom (twin), single bed in the corridor, bathroom with shower without window. Safety gate to the ladder for the safety of children.
