Herbstferien in Toskana.

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben. Nur die Küche ist nicht wirklich gut ausgestattet. Die Teflonpfanne hat beim Kochen die Beschichtung verloren. Der Espressokocher war sehr schimmelig, als wir ihn zum ersten Mal benutzten. und es gab keinen Küchenmesser. Außerdem haben wir eine Fußmatte vor der Dusche vermisst.

gepflegt und freundlich

Die Unterkunft ist eine gute Ferienwohnung für eigentlich 4 Personen, mit Kindern auch bis zu 6 Personen möglich. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr gepfegt und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine große Aufwertung erhält das Haus durch das Schwimmbad, das von 9.30 Uhr bis 19.00 Uhr genutzt werden kann und dabei auch Getränke und Snacks gekauft werden können

Disagi

Locazione per 4 o 6 persone insufficiente a livello idrico sanitario in quanto l’acqua calda generata da boiler da 10 litri appena sufficiente per lavare piatti . Riscaldamento avendo dei bambini generato da climatizzatore situato in cucina non sufficiente a coprire le 2 camere letto . Capisco che affittando nel periodo estivo non ci siano tali necessità però se specificato prima sarebbe stato meglio . Posto e locazione comunque validi . Personale molto cortese .

Fijne plek en dicht bij de zee

Typisch Italiaans appartement met groot balkon en alle voorzieningen en goed werkende airco. Beneden verschillende picknick tafels met banken en leuke spel en speel voorzieningen. Een geweldig zwembad van voldoende afmeting ( schoon, niet druk en een leuke kleine bar voor versnaperingen tegen betaalbare prijzen (bv koffie 1,50)) En niet te vergeten een prettige gastheer en vrouw.
