“Was there last month , first of all they have lot of rules have to leave room key every time left the property , cannot bring food inside room or even water from outside anyways which I don’t do I usually eat outside but water how come they have mini bar and the small water bottles are 3 euros , also they charged me for every single day they gave me a towel for beach 2.5 euros and wasn’t even given a receipt I paid them cash just beware until I emailed them 3 times they sent to me the receipt ,……

“We would highly recommend this for anyone who is looking to enjoy the beautiful landscape of wine grapes and olive trees but in a very high end location with top notch service. The rooms and the property are well kept. There is a beautiful pool area and lovely little garden like areas. The breakfast buffet was 100x better than anything you would get at a standard US hotel. We probably would not eat at the on site restaurant again, it was a little pricey and not extraordinary. Also the wi-fi in……

“Staff were friendly and very helpful. They arranged our airport transfers and suggested restaurants and things to do in Cefalu..Check-in instructions were very clear. Breakfasts were on the top floor with good views. Nice selection with a hot and cold buffet. Comfortable bed, good shower and selection of toiletries.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this very clean, beautiful, well maintained wellness spa hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially the front desk staff, the spa staff (Carol), and the restaurant staff (Francesco, Marzia, and Francesca). The room was updated and clean thanks to Daniela and the other lady who was making sure our room was tidied everyday. The food at the restaurant was amazing, we ate one meal there besides breakfast everyday of our stay and did not regret anything we ordered……

“The room was generally not bad, but the bathroom was a bit small. The location was convenient, with all attractions within walking distance. The highlight was the terrace, which offered a sea view and a chance to see the sunset. However, the terrace was connected to the next room, so I could hear the neighbors' conversations.
