"We didn’t stay long since we had a very early flight. The rooms were clean and comfortable; there was a bit of outside noise since the location is in the middle of town. There’s no elevator so we had to carry our bags up and down stairs. "

"We got stuck in a passport control line for 3 hours. The hotel told us they would come pick us up whenever we got done. And they fed us the most wonderful lasagne! The entire staff is very caring and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was perfect including one of the staff member’s freshly baked cassata al Forno"

"Nice place, good location, very clean. Only issue are the 2 gates after dark, all gates are locked and sometimes when you buzz - no staff answers. There is no walk in access except via one of the two gates. Wifi in our room was not good but we barely spent any time there except sleeping."

"Located 20mins from Palermo airport in a quiet neighbourhood is this lovely resort with an outdoor pool and a single tennis court. Choice of villas or rooms. Rooms were really comfortable and spacious with lovely amenities. Nice waterfall shower. The breakfast was nice - choice of cereals, extensive bakery range, fresh fruit and hot drinks. Dinner at the restaurant is a real gourmet experience with an excellent selection of wines with wonderful waiting staff. There is no direct beach access from the resort but it is a 10min walk. The hotel offer a 25 euro airport transfer which is cheaper than private taxis. I had to ask for a kettle and tea as not every room has them - they were really accommodating and brought it within minutes."

"All was fantastic. The staff was excellent and the view phenomenal. Great location - easy walk to Mondello town and bus to Palermo."

"This was our second stay while in Sicily. Breakfast was excellent, the staff made us feel like family. Parking is on the street, but you can park close if you are early."

"The only drawback is that it is far from the main town centre and there are no shops around to buy snack or food items"
