"Was everything and more that we could expect. Nice backyard that seems almost rural. Saw doe and fawn almost daily. Extremely convenient, only 20 minutes to lakefront and Rock n Roll Hall of Fame and stadiums. Also only 60 minutes to football HOF. Brad very responsive to any issues. Highly recommended and would definitely stay there again. "
"The most impressive part of my stay, and the reason I will continue to use this as my hotel of choice when I come to Cleveland for work (Cleveland Clinic) is due to Pamela at the front desk. Amazing customer service!!! Her professionalism, kindness and efficiency is inspiring, and sorely missing from most other hotels in the area. She is a gem - I hope you appreciate what a fine employee she is.
Roman was also extremely friendly, professional and a great representative for your organization.
Not too thrilled with carpeted floors (most other locations have manufactured flooring), but won't go anywhere else due to Pamela and Roman.
