When we got their the doors to get into hotel from the back parking lot we’re not working so we either had to get someone inside to prop door open for us or we had to walk all the way around to the main entrance. The hallways were very dark and not lit well and the tvs were all off line and nothing was posted in the lobby that the tvs weren’t working. We found out from other guests. They were remodeling the restaurant and kitchen so grab and go sacks were available at breakfast and they weren’t the best

Reservation was cancelled by hotel due to no power but now I can't get the manager to refund our money. I've been left on hold several times when I attempt to get him on the phone. Expedia needs to speak to him, as well, and he's not answering their calls either. Very unprofessional and the fact that I'm still fighting for a refund after a week is ridiculous.

This property is privately owned so it is probably not really fair to assume all Ramada hotels are this bad, but this one is in dire need of upkeep and repairs. Really run down condition if the building both inside & out. Looks like the owner won't spend a dime. Cracked woodwork, chipping paint, worn out carpet and broken AC in fitness room with no TV and old dirty equipment. Bathrooms and beds are ok but worn out. Feel bad for the staff that they have to work here and juggle the constant complaints.

Doors kept getting propped open from the inside to let others inside from the outside. Never got room service even after requesting it in a span of 5 days. Had to get our own towels and tissue. Floor was slippery and sticky. Smelled like mold. Needs a major renovation.

I expect a refund. The facility was generally dirty and decrepit. The room itself smelled, was dirty and in very poor condition, especially the bathroom and bathtub.

Book trip through Expedia, show up to hotel with no power and the front desk man missing. We request refund but it was denied? Avoid this place at all cost! Me and my family were just trying to seek shelter with power. Expedia showed they had like 4 rooms available. But Expedia also didn’t show that the building had no power.

The front desk and lobby is clean and nice The decking underneath the decking needs replaced when you open the door to go to second story steps like 5or 4 not bad hallway needed painted then open the door and the hall walls and carpet and trim need redone just dirty looking. Got to our room door newly painted open new laminate grey flooring in entry and bathroom. Painted closet. New furniture as beds and chair desk chair. New curtains and bedding. Carpet not replaced. I Thinking new owners? It was suppose to have complimentary breakfast it was brown Bag grab ad go type. Yogurt, banana. Breakfast fruit bar, Blood orange and juice box of apple juice. We ate where the breakfast would be.

Breakfast consisted of a bag of fruit and yogurt. The pool area was heated while it was 100° outside, making it almost unbearable to be in without opening doors for fresh air. The hot tub was broken. All the luggage carts were broken and it took over 40 minutes with only two people in front of me to get checked in. The rooms were clean but had no trash cans

This hotel was so disgusting and the rooms look like they just do a quick 1, 2, 3. When I went to grab something that fell under the bed I found that there was a bunch of garbage and clothes under the bed. There literally was someone’s shirt that we ended up finding. That’s disgusting.
