"It's our second time staying here. Check-in was smooth and they upgraded us to a larger room. We really like staying here. The common area has free water, free coffee and a good variety of games. The room has divided areas for sleeping and "living area", perfect for us dealing with jet lag."

"I chose the hotel for location and price and it was a good value. The room was a good size and quiet. The bathroom was small but fine for one person. Front desk staff were helpful. "

"This is a serviced apartment building, not a hotel. Good for long trips if you want to do your own laundry, but not good for short business trips since they don't have room service and the external laundry service takes 3 days."

"Excellent location to the long elevator and to SoHo. Excellent restaurants nearby. Can’t beat this location. Staff was awesome and attentive. The free shuttle was awesome. Recommended!!!"

"Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Deco was super cute. The harbour view suite was not the one pictured/sold to me on expedia. It was smaller with a little balcony. The hotel website has the correct pictures and information with a virtual tour. It was still lovely with some nice welcome gifts. Location is great, lots of restaurants and shopping. I will be back! "
