The spa was the highlight of my stay and was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing.
The hotel felt dirty from the moment I arrived. The hallways had dirty dishes left outside rooms, and my room was not very clean either. The bedding had stains, and the shower was strange—it had frames for glass shower doors, but no doors. Instead, there was a plastic shower curtain that wouldn’t stay in place and kept blowing in and sticking to me while I showered, which was really unpleasant.
The fitness room was also disappointing. It was tiny, had very limited equipment, and the treadmill had a broken screen with shattered glass. It didn’t feel like a usable gym.
Overall, the hotel is in need of better cleaning and maintenance. Aside from the spa, my stay did not meet expectations, and I wouldn’t stay here again.
