“The staff were great and very helpful. We booked a room weeks in adance, arrived at the property and found out a guy extended his stay and they only had smoking rooms available.. with young kids this was not ideal. We opened the window in our room which helped the smell a lot. The staff said she would let us check out all the smoking rooms available to see which one smelt the least like smoke, so she did try to help the situation. Our TV wasnt working in our room which wasnt a huge deal. We went……
