The hotel was incredible. However, on my last day, the two girls are working. One of them was named Sonia. Forget the other girls name. We're extremely helpful. Could speak perfect English and directed me to areas that I was unaware of. However, this last time the girl, front desk could not speak English she was very nice however, the guy working was complaining about working and very reluctant to help me not sure if I would stay here again, unless the other girls are working here

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Fiest Americana Oxaca hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Oaxaca. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome, beautiful surroundings, and exceptional service. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating, always making us feel comfortable and well cared for. Every detail of our stay was handled with genuine hospitality, and their kindness made our experience especially memorable. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming, and the location made it easy for us to enjoy our time in Oaxaca. We truly appreciated the wonderful service and the care shown by the entire team. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable.
