Clean rooms, helpful staff, front desk spoke English, and restaurant staff were more than happy to find someone who did if we were having issues communicating. Food was good, pool was clean, very quiet hotel, which is exactly what we were looking for. The pool became more lively in the evenings with kids, but they were respectful and it was always quiet by night time.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Fiest Americana Oxaca hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Oaxaca. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome, beautiful surroundings, and exceptional service. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating, always making us feel comfortable and well cared for. Every detail of our stay was handled with genuine hospitality, and their kindness made our experience especially memorable. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming, and the location made it easy for us to enjoy our time in Oaxaca. The property was perfect for me and my family. The roof is huge, the views are great, the jacuzzi and the lounging area are super nice, and the paintings are lovely. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable. This is a great option for large groups that want to share a special occasion.

Smaller than what I expected but the staff communicated well. Very helpful. Attentive and we felt safe. Easy check in and flexible stay.
