Do not recommend. Despite the hotel confirming that there would be air conditioning through messaging and it saying so on the room details, there was in fact no air conditioning. Attempts to rectify this were met with silence and no compensation for the deceit. The front gate is locked and you need to buzz reception to send someone over to open it. While they are quite quick, it's an annoyance that's unneeded. For a booking for two, we only got two towels, no hand towel or floor mat, and just one bar of soap to share in the shower. For the price they charge, this hotel was massively inadequate.

It’s was fantastic and I hope this family all the best. We stayed when they had just opened but they did not charge us correctly (over charged) and there was no water NO water in our second room. All in all though they were very friendly and after all it is Mexico - so go with the flow.

We loved this hotel! The location is fantastic—so close to restaurants and museums that we walked everywhere and didn't need a taxi. The staff was incredibly friendly and always eager to help. The hotel's restaurant and coffee shop serve really good food! Our room featured both air conditioning and a ceiling fan, and it was cleaned every day. We will definitely be coming back!

We had an excellent experience at Hotel Sauvé. The staff was very professional and helped me with coordinating some special decorations for a proposal. The room was beautifully appointed with excellent lighting. The bed was comfortable, and the shower and bathroom were also nice. The breakfast was solid (I recommend the pancakes). The location was awesome – it's basically as good as it can get. I'd like to come again in the future. Thank you for the memorable stay!
