"The rooms were big, very clean, and well equipped. There was enough provided for us to do two loads of washing, and they also left dishwasher tablets and washing-up supplies, although we didn’t end up needing to use them. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay, and they made everything very easy and welcoming. The gym was exceptional for a small hotel/apartment complex gym — much better than expected. The pool also looked large and very clean, although unfortunately we didn’t have time to use it"

"Everything was great - we would definitely return. The staff was especially concerned that we were satisfied with our stay. The breakfast/happy hour room was clean and orderly. The bar on the 5th floor was really fun and had great seating and the server was really fun and attentive. The grounds were great, we liked the beautiful trees and gardens. The valets were good because they struck up a conversation with us and they were really efficient. I loved the art on the walls - it cheered me up!"

"Perfect location on the Plaza. Beautiful hotel with a true taste of the Santa Fe culture. Nice amenities and love the rooftop for sunset cocktails. Rooms were ok. Cool decor and appreciated the Nespresso and refrigerator. I didn't eat at the restaurant but it was always busy. Would return to stay here again."

"There were long hairs in my sink (which weren’t from me) as well as leftover items from previous people around my room. Besides that the location is convenient and the staff are very kind."

"The sheets on the bed were too small and they came loose. There was only one small garbage can in the room. One night room service never answered. Cleaning the room was always late and done poorly."
