"We spent a couple of nights on our way from Dallas to Pagosa Springs at Christmastime. I booked one night a week prior, but decided to add a night on the drive! They were very accommodating as we arrived very late. The hotel is really beautiful for a chain hotel. The beds were super comfortable. We had a room w/2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa. Which is really only twin size. The entire area is beautiful and I recommend checking it out. They also have an indoor pool which was perfect with our 2 grandkids, 7 and 9. Also a generous complimentary buffet each morning that stayed well-stocked. I highly recommend this hotel, and we usually only prefer boutique hotels."
