The rooms would be better if they had small fridges and microwaves in each room. I had to request a small fridge after I was told they would bring one to the room the first day I checked in. I had to ask a housekeeping person about it. When I returned the very small fridge was in my room. I needed to keep lifting the toilet lid so that the water would fill updue to the pump always being stuck in the up position.
It would also be nice if meetings were held elsewhere and not in front of the pool area. This discourages the hotel guests from using the pool and/or just walking past to get to the rooms was very awkward.
Possibly having the option to link your device to the TV so that we could use our streaming apps to view a variety of movies instead of watching the same shows over and over on the TV.
Otherwise, housekeeping lady, Ester, was very nice, respectful and helpful. I didn’t get the name of the other lady who cleaned my room but she was also very nice and respectful. In fact they all were.
