“If I could give the check-in process less than 1 star I would. We arrived at 7:30 pm and told (after 15 minutes of confusion) that our room wouldn’t be ready for another hour. Alright, we came back at 8:45 not only was it not ready, we waited another at least 20 minutes while the staff communicated in Greek with each other and did not advise us what was happening. “The property is located in a residential area about 750 metres from the nearest metro station. The property is well maintained and the apartment was well supplied. The elevator is small allowing only one person at a time if you have 2 or more pieces of luggage and you have to climb more than 10 steps from street level to get there. There are grocery stores about 400 metres from the property. You can easily get to everywhere you want to go in Athens using the transportation system.”

“Self service apartment. Contact through WhatsApp and get the PIN to go in and check-in is completed. Big supermarket within 10min walk and cooking too available. Neighbourhood is a bit too quiet and night clubs at night. Eva (point of contact) was very helpful throughout the whole process and she helped us in staying 2 more nights there when we missed our flight back home.”

"Overall, the hotel was very good and we enjoyed our stay. However, there was one major flaw that significantly affected our experience: the toilet in the room. The toilet seat is unusually small and round, providing insufficient space even for an average-sized adult. Frankly, I cannot imagine it being comfortable for many guests, especially larger European guests. Even as an Asian guest, I found it cramped. For male users in particular, the design leaves almost no room at the front when seated, making it genuinely uncomfortable to use. I was surprised that such a small toilet was selected, as it feels completely out of place in an otherwise well-designed hotel. The issue is not the bathroom size itself, but the choice of toilet. Whoever made the design or purchasing decision may have prioritized appearance over practicality. Unfortunately, it compromises everyday comfort in a way that guests notice immediately. I hope the hotel will seriously consider replacing these toilets with standard-sized models in the future, as this single issue was the most disappointing aspect of an otherwise excellent stay."
