The apartment had everything we needed for a fabulous stay and we can’t wait to return. We will be highly recommending it and the company to our friends. Communication has been excellent. "Lovely cottage and handy there is a pub close by. The new pub landlord did park outside the cottage space quite a bit but he didn't mind us using the pub car park. He offered to move when we got there if we wished. lovely location and perfect little cottage well equipped"

"Excellent, comfortable and tastefully appointed beach house just a few metres from the picturesque Challaborough surf beach, Bigbury, Burgh Island and the great ocean walk. The little villages of South Devon were a delight, particularly close-by Ringmore with excellent eating at free house The Journeys End. "

"Firstly, I would just like to say that the kitchenwares, crockery and cutlery were of a high standard as are the furnishings and decor. As a result it felt like the owners respect and value the people who pay to spend time in their lovely apartment. With the beautiful location all in all this meant that our holiday did not include even one niggle about the property. Thank you."

"The house is light, modern, clean, spacious and has great entertaining spaces. It overlooks a caravan park, but we knew this and that was fine. The major issue was that the washing machine is broken and it fused the electricity of the house mid-cycle with a full load of my kids’ clothes (sitting in dirty water). I had no clean clothes for my kids and, when pressed, the only alternative the agent offered was to use the laundrette at the caravan site. This is c20mins walk away from the house (NB you cannot park at the caravan site). This then created lots of others issues (make sure you bring coins and detergent for the laudrette!). Having rented a premium house, it is not exactly where I wanted to spend 2 hours on a Sat evening."
"The house was very clean, milk in the fridge, tea bags and cookies. Perfect for arrival! It was exactly as in the photos. We loved watching the sunset from the balcony. The location was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to family and friends. "
