“The house was wonderful and well stocked. It was so quiet that most the time all you heard was the wind through the trees and the birds. The deer and elk came into view most every morning and evening and occasionally turkeys with their little ones would venture by. Thanks for letting us enjoy your home. “Awesome location away from town! We enjoyed the hummingbirds (so many of them!) and the deer that came around every day, multiple times a day. The hot tub was perfectly clean and ran great as well. We used it two times a day during our stay. I was worried about the lack of air conditioning (we’re from Texas) but there are plenty of windows that we could open to get a great breeze. ”

“A gorgeous house in an absolutely breathtaking location! We were provided baby gates and a highchair awaiting our arrival which made traveling with littles so easy. The large property is beautiful and made morning hikes super convenient. Only a short 25 minute drive to town which was also beautiful and had plenty to do and see! Would highly recommend a stay here. ”

“The house was nicely decorated for Christmas. The owners even ordered snow, which made for a delightfully, white Christmas. The kitchen was well stocked. TVs in every room. Internet was reliable and fast. And we can't say enough about how wonderful the view is from inside the house and on the deck. The deck is also amazing. If it were a warmer season, our family would have spent most of the time on it. The home is very close to uptown Pagosa, but feels like it's far away. Saw elk and……
