From the great pricing and super convenient location to the clean, cozy rooms, everything here makes a weary traveler feel at ease. But what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional customer service, especially from Brigitte (apologies if I’ve misspelled your name!). She was an absolute gem—compassionate, accommodating, and genuinely kind. When I called early in the morning to rebook the same room I’d stayed in the night before with my sister-in-law, she warmly told me I could return early and not to worry about housekeeping—it was mine. Her voice alone was soothing, and when I arrived, her calm and welcoming demeanor truly helped me settle back in. It’s rare to find hospitality that feels this human and heartfelt. "I got to the hotel at 12pm and Staff checked me in without charging a check in fee. It's a very nice and clean hotel. The noise from traffic outside didn't affect my sleep."
