One problem is they now make you pay for parking but now they charge $10 A day and the gate didn’t even work to go in the back of place Of your going to charger fix your equipment Other than that room was great overall. Clean room and they changed towels out as needed.

Dinah and the lady that cleaned up around the hotel were absolutely wonderful!!!! They made us feel so comfortable, safe and they were full of information.i will definitely return and stay at good hotel again. See you soon!

I did not appreciate my key card was not properly activated therefore I had to return to non-working AC front desk with all luggage to retrieve another card(s). No shower caddy to hold shower toiletries. Room AC would not remain on desired settings. Toilet is too low for guests who present challenges in sitting and rising from commode.

Enjoyed my stay. Nice hotel for reasonable costs. The only problem was the parking lot access box wouldn’t read my key several times so I had to go back and get it reprogrammed. After while they just started buzzing you in when you call. It’s a big hotel so the line can be long if you check in at busy time.

Our experience at this property in ATL was absolutely horrific. From finding a bed bug on the first day, one of the unprofessional staff blurring out, oh, isn’t that a crumb? Really! They moved us to another room and at 6am when I was about to get a shower, I discovered there was no shower curtain. 😩 When I called the front desk, the unprofessional front desk staff member said, “well we don’t have nobody from housekeeping here until 9am, but you can come to a room down here and shower.” REALLY! Then he called back and said he would have someone bring it up. And, that’s all they did - just dropped the shower curtain at the door - he did not hang it. Then when we came in for the evening, the next two nights, housekeeping made the beds, but didn’t clean the bathroom or leave fresh towels. Two nights in a row when we came back for the eve I g, the card key didn’t open the gate and we had to exit the car, go to the front desk for them to reprogram the card key. And the managers and the staff were all unprofessional. When we spoke with the manager, he never apologized for ALL that we were out through as a result of staying at their hotel. He only refunded us one night. Please know I will NEVER stay there again, and I will share my experience with everyone I know.
