This appartment is a new construction located in a quiet residence area, near the breathtaking beaches of Chania. It is within 1 Km from Kalathas beach, 800 m from Tersanas beach and 2 Km from Stavros beach. The total area of the appartment is 130 m2, and it has a fully equipped kitchen, 50 m2 living room and dinning room, 2 large bedrooms, and a big bathroom with circular bath tub. Dish washer, clothes washing machine, double door refrigerator, oven are provided. The guests can enjoy a nice balcony of 15 m2 area with view to the sea and to the sunset, Also it has a garden with barbecue facilities. It is a suitable and quiet place for kids with no traffic on the road. WiFi and dlat screen LCD TV is available. All bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned. The area offers nice local tavernas, beach bars and car rentals nearby, within walking distance. Chania Town with its Venetian Harbour lies within 12 km, while the Airport is at 6 km. Spacious in a quiet area, with a large balcony ,ideal for watching the sunset over the sea.

We had 2 weeks stay in this property. Located not too far from Chania which you can get to by bus but you really do need a car if you stay here.The property owner was very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and we are very grateful to him for helping us make our stay all the more pleasant.
