Only 5 miles to University of North Carolina @ Chapel Hill. Newly updated above garage Studio apartment with private entrance located in Chapel Hill. Apartment is separate/detached from the main home with new furniture, mattress, linens. Roku 50’ tv. 1 Queen bed. If an extra bed is needed, a premium twin air mattress is included. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to 3 restaurants, supermarket, bank, pharmacy, ABC store. 20 minutes to Duke, 30 minutes to Raleigh. Beautiful neighborhood with park area, seasonal pool, tennis courts. On street parking for 2 cars maximum. In a residential neighborhood. Stairs required to access apartment. See photos.

Outstanding Rental
Wonderful apartment with everything you could want! All of the other reviews are spot on and I would add that sometimes it’s the little things that really set a rental apart. For example: -2 boxes of tissues with a spare -plastic “Dixie” cups in bathroom -A banana hanger in the kitchen (we purchased bananas at Food Lion) -bedside “3 in 1” charging station for phone, Apple Watch and air pods -additional wireless charging stations Having stayed at several rentals, the little things make a difference! We will stay again when traveling to the area.
