“The house is really beautiful and caters for all your wishes/needs. Location wise you are right in the middle of a lot of the major attractions, but most are about 40+ minutes drive away. The host is always available via mail and very friendly, only thing that is confusing is that they don't speak English despite it saying so in the page. But we definitely consider coming back for a third time.”

“The hotel location is excellent with good equipment. However, the front desk was terrible. They could not provide the information we need. For example, I asked for the location of daily market and fea market, however, they did not know it. Moreover, I had sent many emails for the parking information before my trip. However, no email have been replied. Finally, it is found that there is the discount for parking, we have parked in other parking area with higher cost.”

“it was really bad as there was no instruction for the late check in guests. for instance, they did not provide the password for the locker for the room key. they only provided a number to call but not every traveller has the sim card to call！they could do a lot better if they were considerate to stand at the viewpoint of the guests. and it is very difficult to reach on foot. and they do not provide hairdryer”

“櫃台及餐廳服務人員都很好，房間很大浴室很大，廚具不大但很完備，以歐式早餐而言旅館提供的算豐富又好吃，唯一小小缺點是浴室不知是浴缸還是洗手台有點漏水，地板一直都溼溼的。”

“L'explication du logement n'est pas complète. En effet, il ne s'agit pas d'un mazet mais d'une ancienne cuisine d'été aménagée avec une kitchenette et une chambrette SDB (sans cloison jusqu'au plafond). La deuxième chambre n'est accessible que par l'extérieur. Pas d'autre pièce. Les fauteuils de piscine sont tous à changer. L'extérieur pourrait être très agréable mieux aménagé et mieux rangé. Dommage car le logement est idéalement placé pour visiter tous les magnifiques villages alentours.”
