"櫃檯人員很友好，房間也很乾淨，位在日內瓦湖湖畔，沿著湖走很快就到聖誕市集的尾端，唯一缺點，浴室排水不良，洗澡洗一洗腳就泡在水裡，床都凹陷了，睡起來真的不舒服，明明預訂3人房，但還是入住後和櫃檯反應才幫忙加床，而咖啡、杯組，還是都只提供2份，隔日才又寫紙條請房務幫忙補足"

"This is the low season during Xmas that we know in Swiss , but lack of Staff's to serve customer in this hotel, long waiting for checking out for 25 min, no one in Reception..v poor feeling to wasting our time with No response,.. in the Room , no kettle , hot water u need to go down to the Bar, no coffee machine 2 , why , we do not know ？"
