"The check in was easy, the house was clean and comfortable and in a convenient location. The electric fireplace was great for warming up after a cold walk on the beach. One thing to note if you are bringing dogs is that when you arrive, there is a sign asking you to try not to leave your dog unattended in the house and the info book says not to let your dogs on the furniture. Both are typically listed on the property description and would have been good to know before booking. "

"Scott was very helpful and welcoming. He was easy to communicate with and responsive to all texts. Couldn't ask for a thing more.The cottage was well furnished and stocked for cooking. Everything was in working order and was clean and spacious for our party of 3. It was so cozy and comfortable and perfect for a fall girls retreat! The cottage was in a perfect location with an amazing sunset view, which was the highlight of our day. The three of us had a fantastic time and are planning to return next year to this beautiful and peaceful place. Thank you Scott."

"We had a very nice room at a reasonable price. It was close enough to downtown Chatham to be convenient, but far enough that there weren't traffic problems. The staff were friendly and helpful, and most importantly, our room was spotless! It even smelled clean. Would definitely stay there again."
