“The shower had hair all over. The pool in pictures looks to be an indoor open pool but was empty and closed We checked out the next morning even after paying another night and found a different hotel.”

“The room was very comfortable and clean. The manager that was on site was not helpful. She did not know where the ice machine was, we locked ourselves out of our room and there was no one on site with a master key. Someone had to go to the Pelham main property to get us a key to let us in our room. Also, We had brought our own martini glasses and they were taken out of our room by housekeeping. These were four new glasses that I had bought specifically for our trip and we did not get them back.……

“We had a great stay at the Greyfinch Inn … just too short! Staff at reception were cheerful, welcoming and gave us good dining recommendations. Room was clean, bright and cozy. Bed was super comfy! Located in great proximity to both the center of Chatham and to nearby beaches. Can’t wait to return for more than just one night!”

“This place was quite the oasis from a busy life in Boston! We booked this place last minute and the room was gorgeous! The grounds were also very beautiful. The room seemed to have a woman’s touch everywhere and was VERY clean! Highly recommend and will be coming back!”

“The room was semi clean but that was the only ok part. The rooms are not like the pictures. The lock in the window in the bathroom was broken as well as there being bugs in the bathroom. The pools were closed for chemical treatment, which was not told to us or posted anywhere before checking in, I was still charged the full “resort fee”. When I called to talk to someone I was hung up on by the front desk and they blocked my number so I can no longer call. Very unprofessional service.”

“room was clean, friendly staff. for a room of 4 there were only 2 accessible outlets, however one was not properly working. we had a long charging cable that we connected to the outlet in the bathroom which was not ideal but was able to make it work. very central hotel with close proximity to restaurants and shops”

“We really enjoyed this stay! We liked the area and it was walkable to some restaurants, bars and the beach! It is right down the street from a small, private beach and longer ways to a more public, larger beach. The staff were very friendly, place was maintained and clean- not super updated but not in bad condition! We would definitely plan to stay again! ”
