“Lovely property (typical cal motel Layout) 5-10 minute drive to Chatham facilities but a bit worn by age. Clean and presentable but age is showing.”

“Beautiful place with a great view and a very peaceful atmosphere. The hotel is old and rustic, but that’s also part of its charm. If you’re looking for an authentic seaside style experience, it’s warm and cozy and fits the vibe perfectly. However, the beach right in front of the hotel is probably the dirtiest in the area. There were many dead marine animal and seaweeds remains along the shore and which made it unpleasant to walk on or fully enjoy. For nicer beaches, expect about a 20-minute……

“Loved the room cleanliness and space. The coffee machine was very slow. No microwave in room or common space. It’s tough if you need to heat kids food. The breakfast was fresh but lacked variety if you are staying multiple nights. Also, it needed more food options for kids. Bikes were a pleasant surprise.”

“We really enjoyed this stay! We liked the area and it was walkable to some restaurants, bars and the beach! It is right down the street from a small, private beach and longer ways to a more public, larger beach. The staff were very friendly, place was maintained and clean- not super updated but not in bad condition! We would definitely plan to stay again! ”

“Very clean. Staff was awesome. I dropped my phone in the snow. We had a major snowstorm and the staff was so good helping me find it. They even cleaned off my car during the night and plowed me out. It is a great place to stay.”
