The room temp was extremely warm. Guest who pay $140 for a nights rest should be able to have a cool room. My co- workers had the same problem. We left untested and was very tired for our meeting.

Nice hotel right outside Nashville.

We always enjoy staying at holiday Inn Expresses. Breakfast is good, the staff was friendly, and the room was nice. My only complaint is that the AC units didn't seem to help with the humidity in the room. On the rainy days, it felt pretty damp in the room.

Bad stay

Customer service does not exist at this hotel. Hot water in the shower last less than one minute then your entire shower is very cold. Watch out for the hair dryer covers that are not on the backs like they are supposed to be or you will get your hair sucked in by the fan and wrap it around before you can blink just like my wife's hair did. When you check in you better ask any questions you might have because they give no instruction on breakfast or where their different facilities are in the hotel like the gym. If you book online, pay online. Or else the hotel will hold the entire amount up front and hold each day's amount on top of that so instead of a room holding the $565 it was supposed to it holds double that from your bank account until you check out. Did I mention customer was terrible. And once they are aware of these problems their give a care is busted too. Once again back to the customer service. It was more important for the front desk Manager to eat his fresh piece of cake the woman from the kitchen brought him than for him to help me figure out why the hotel was holding double money like it was going to charge double. Did I mention the holds and charges were specifically labeled holiday inn charges on my bank account but all they could come up with was to give me the phone number for Expedia witch I could have got from Google and told me I had to call Expedia to figure out why their hotel the holiday inn was holding double.
