"Worst hotel experience. My deluxe 2 bed hotel room got downgraded to a single bed room two days prior to my arrival without any email, text, or notification telling me this. Apparently Expedia changed the room and since they're a "third party" the hotel couldn't do anything or give me any money back. They told me they would bring bedding up for the pull out couch I was not excited to use, but they did not. I tried using the vending machines and they didnt work, and the hotel had no change for a 20. Again, the vending machines were from a "third party" so they couldn't do anything and I was expected to just allow my cars to "process" for who knows how long. There were stains on the comforter, the room smelled like cat urine. I will happily sleep in a bush before I go there again. "
