Qatar is great

Seats were small and seat cushions are uncomfortable. Isles are small so you have to roll your luggage carefully.

I have flown>500K lifetime miles on United, and last year I did about 100K on SAS to achieve Gold, however I submitted all my miles to United. Next year I am going to switch at least 50% of my earnings to SAS. I am really impressed with the overall quality of SAS flights. The staff are really well trained and take their jobs seriously. SAS Plus upgrades are not allowed for reimbursement by my company, but it looks like I can easily earn a few upgrades on selected flights to Norway. I think SAS Plus is better than United Economy Plus for international for sure, but it is also harder to get into for a lower price than 500$ EURO. I am happy that SAS fixed the credit card system onboard so my American card works again. I am quite sure SAS realized that they were giving away too many free beer and wine for surprised people lol. Also, last point, the SAS lounge is far better than United, but as an American I would say that Lufthansa has a more familiar offering of food. I was surprised that the breakfast offering had "fake" scrambled eggs, even in the premium lounge. However the lounge is still far better overall than most other star alliance partners.
