“I stayed at the Crown Choice Inn & Suites in Mackinaw City and it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. The exterior looks pleasant enough, but that’s where the positives end. Getting to our room felt like navigating a maze through a building that looked like it could fall apart any day — the structure felt genuinely unsafe. The room itself was untidy and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. They advertise the “largest indoor water park,” but it was tiny and the floors……

“It’s an old motel in a small town, however it’s clean and comfortable. The staff is very nice.”

“The bathroom was clean though toilet and tub had mineral stains. The carpet was disgusting - lots of spots and stains. No tissues in the holder. Sheets had some small holes. Had to unscrew lightbulbs to turn off as the switch was literally missing though you could see where it should have been. Oh and you had to walk to the next motel to check in. Will never stay there again!”
