Our stay was fine. The room and facility was clean, but looked a bit run-down and in need of some improvement. The price was fair given the location.

All staff very helpful, and knowledgeable. Rooms large, and very comfortable. Spa, swimming pool and jacuzzi were really relaxing and spotlessly clean. Breakfasts had lots of options. All fresh and replenished frequently. The whole atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant and relaxing, ideally placed to visit lots of local attractions. My husband and I both enjoyed our stay.looking forward to going back

Beautiful hotel in an excellent setting. The staff were exceptionally helpful. However, the room (room 24) was rather small, especially the bathroom, and the lighting was terrible creating deep shadows. The food in restaurant was very good, enjoyed the evening meal and breakfast

Had a great stay in the heart of Birmingham. Key collection was easy - from a local shop and car parking was secure on site. The apartment was modern and clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of places to visit and restaurants all in walking distance.
