Nice hotel, clean

Very nice view of the cooper river and Philadelphia sky line. The hotel staff were friendly, accommodating .the room clean nut the only thing is the bathroom could be up dated a little. The hotel is located close to a lot of shops,restaurants and the Cooper Rive Park

Nice hotel

Clean spacious and a big lookout window. I enjoyed my stay here. Don't have one bad thing to say about it

Business travel hotel stay

Visited for business related event in Cherry Hill and found hotel and surrounding area to be convenient and comfortable. Rooms clean and spacious. Hotel pubic spaces enjoyable.

Didnt have our booking. A staff member was really rude.

Great hotel

Great hotel, but I was disappointed to find no microwave in my room. When I requested one, it was never delivered. This was an inconvenience. For a hotel of that standard, microwaves should be included...period. Other than that, great stay n no other complaints.

This hotel is a sad excuse for a Crowne Plaza. It needs a major over hall. Run down and filled with low budget conventions a tour groups. Barely a 2 star. Poor service dark elevator issues. I can not believe it meets Crowne Plaza standards. Will not stay there again and I do not trust the brand.

Awesome vacation spot. It's also great for business travel. I was nicely surprised to see how attentive and kind and professional the staff treated me and my employees .
