"Great view of lake but no easy access to o walk lake . Bedding good for 6 adults trundle bed only works for younger people and sofa bed in game room for 1 . Deck could use awning for Summer use sun too Intense. Front and back yard not usable Full Of tall weeds with spikes . Back Yard too Small anyway. Living room good tv good kitchen great could use better pans and pots in bad condition. . Some dishes Cups needed replacing .dining table ok for 6 adults right for 8 . Bathrooms good 3"

"My daughter and I had a very nice stay at Oasis Chalet. The pictures show exactly how the house looks. I would recommend taking good walking shoes if you are going to walk to the village. It is an easy walk to get there but coming back is mostly uphill. I loved the kitchen and the cute appliances. We also enjoyed the stereo/turntable."

"The layout is kind of weird, in order to access the game room and the downstairs area you have to go through the master bathroom, and if someone is using the bathroom you cannot go downstairs unless you go outside the house and walk around it. NO TOILETTERIES or hair drier, this was a first for us. We have stayed in many properties but never had one without basic toiletries such as soap, shampoo, or conditioner. This was my first time at Big Bear, so to me, it felt like the house was outside...

"This was a nice quiet place for our family to recover from a night of Powertripping in Indio. Easy to get to the interstate. Enough rooms for everyone to spread out, sleep in, and rest up for the next night of rocking out. A bonus was that you could buy gas at normal (not CA) prices."

"This home surpassed our expectations, even before we checked in Karen proved to be a great host. Location, location, location, lake was just steps away and the marina less than a mile away. Our group had from toddlers, to teenagers, to adults and this home provided an amazing environment for all!! This will definitely be our family summer gathering location. "Overall this was a great place to stay. We had a group of 3 families - 6 adults and 5 kids (2-6 years old). It was a spacious place for the kids to play. I could also see this as a good place for a large family gathering. Nothing in the house is brand new or top end, but I wouldn't expect that when I was renting it. "Home is beautiful perfect for large groups. Few recommendations: update the television's throughout the home to smart TV, clean fire place chimney, replace the snow shovel, replace the down spouts for gutters, have neighbor trim the tree that is dropping branches on the driveway. Shovel or salt walk ways and porch ( had a slip on the ice and steps) additional towels for bathrooms and kitchen"
