Staff was friendly and welcoming. The app just shows (so called pet friendly) hotels. After checking into the room, it had not been cleaned from the previous people from the night before. The sheets had hair in them and the bathroom was just picked up. No toilet paper. The worst part was, we were smelling something off. The microwave had food all over the inside, like something blew up. When we went to the front desk, the staff was very confrontational, so we just left and got a room at the express inn at Parsons Ks. Wonderful hotel.
