“My group of friends has stayed at this house twice now, once over NYE and now for a summer long weekend. The house has a great layout for multiple couples to spread out and all have some space. We rented kayaks and were able to have them dropped off prior to check in with permission from the owner.”

“My family and I really enjoyed staying at Kameka's property. It is very clean and upkept; you literally have everything that you need. The grocery store is within walking distance and stays open late. It is a very quiet area, no one hanging out, and I felt very secure/safe. I would definitely stay again when visiting in Delaware. ☺ 💕 ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here over the July 4th weekend. We spent many hours on the front porch watching the sun rise, the boats pass by, birds soar, including bald eagles nesting nearby! The house is charming and very well equipped. We appreciated the binoculars to watch birds and fireworks. Betterton Beach is a short walk. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend! ”

“This was the most impressive house. The finishes were next level. The decor was perfection. Amenities were excellent. The shower was beyond luxurious. Absolutely spotless. The location was beautiful. Overlooking the bridge from the primary suite was stunning. We wanted to move in and never leave. My only 2 hiccups were the fire pit did not work. Which was a shame because we were set up in the backyard to watch the fireworks. And the counter stools in the kitchen were too high. Adults could not...

“Family coming in from the North, South, and West. Meeting together for a family event. This house was centrally located for everyone to go off and visit friends in MD, Newark, and Wilmington and then all attend a family event in PA. Easy check in and great communication with the host. ”

“The river house has an absolutely amazing view! My kids were thrilled with the chance to fish off a very long dock and even get their feet in the water on a small beach below the house (when the tide was out). Overall, the house was perfect and just big enough for our large family of seven. Matt was very responsive to a few questions I had and was a wonderful host! ”

“Wonderful location for a quiet extended-family stay. Lots of room for everyone across our four generations. We like to cook, and the huge dining table was perfect for being together for meals. Excellent seafood nearby. We brought our kayaks and went up & downriver, and bicycles for rides alongside the canal. Golfed at two nearby courses & had a great time overall! “This property has everything you need for a friends weekend. Pickelball, pool, basketball, even golf hitting net were all used by our group and we enjoyed the TV room and large outdoor space. Takes a little navigating to get there, but the directions were well done and communication with the owner was great. They were very responsive to all of our questions. Would highly recommend this place for groups.”
