No-smoking room smelt like cigarettes

The overal stay was okay. The service staff were very nice and the check in went smoothly. However the room was not cleaned throughly with burn marks in the bed sheets and hair still in the sink. The room we were in was also a non-smoking room but smelt as if a pack a day had been smoked in there for years. However the location and price were attractieve and the stay went withou any hickups

Comfortable and Friendly.

This hotel was very friendly. Had a minor maintenance issue with our room door, but they were quick to fix it for us with ease. Hotel keeps itself clean to the best of its abilities and room service is friendly. I stay here often and have only had this one issue. Although, the pillows are a little flat.... lol

for the price it's what you get. if you need it for a night or two cause your low on cash than this place is good. it was clean and sheets was new. they are in the mist of upgrading so who know what it will look like in the future.

Really I would never leave a bad review but this place was horrible...it smelled so bad...the bed the pillows...there were roaches. There were dirty towels and they didnt even have a shower curtain...we booked for two nights...the last night we slept In the car....please do yourself a favor and book somewhere else....its cheaper than most but nasty. .

Not family friendly. Very sketchy motel..room smelled like marijuana. Check in process was horrible. They have a digital kiosk that someone from across the world attempts to check you in and 99% of the time he can’t finish the check in process then the person at the front desk has to finish. Gave my room that i pre booked to someone else and kept leaving the desk to reset the WiFi that kept malfunctioning. I would avoid if possible!

Shops are nearby, but the place was awful. Remote video check-in with hard to understand instructions. Dirty rooms, no amenities, no breakfast. For $77 a disgrace. Shouldn't have been more than $30. Never again!

I didn’t end up even staying. They didn’t have my room ready, said they didnt get my reservation they were booked but then got a room ready within the hour. When I walked in I saw 2 roaches in the bathroom and outside I didn’t feel safe or comfortable so I left didn’t stay and didn’t get money back. Don’t recommend!

The room wasn’t very clean. Stray hairs everywhere! The listing says newly remodeled. That’s not accurate. Nothing in the room was “new” except maybe the flooring and it wasn’t installed properly. Gaps in the LVP. When checking in it’s a digital kiosk, where they charge you a $3 fee to check in, but if you don’t pay it, you can’t check in and you room is non refundable. And the area isn’t the greatest. Whole place smelled of weed and someone was outside yelling from 11:15pm to 12am. The pictures are deceiving for sure!
