“Staff was friendly. But this is simply an old, run down facilty that needs a lot of work. Rooms had the bare bones amenities. It appears to be more of a long term stay type of place. I think many of the guest lived there. Walls are very thin, and you could hear all the conversations (though there was lots of yelling) through the walls and doors. The smell in the room was STRONG.
