“The worst hotel experience I have EVER had!!!!! The entire building smells worse in the common areas and hallways. Include breakfast but there are not enough seats in the dining room which was hot as satans lair. Air conditioning only seemed to work in our room. The carpets in hallways and stair case are absolutely disgusting!!!!! TV did not work even after calling front desk for assistance, when we asked for towels, soap, toilet paper we never got it had to go to front dest and ask again half……

“I was told the included breakfast was quite good and it did not disappoint. I especially enjoyed the bacon. Excellent variety and very attentive staff. The room was well laid out and was very comfortable.”

“The staff are more concerned about spending time outside on the sidewalk smoking than helping quests. My room didn’t have towels and I had to request them several times. In fact , I didn’t get them until the next morning. Also the shower stall had a hair ball floating around in it. A single hair I could handle but not a hair ball. The shower was definitely not cleaned in awhile.”
