“Staff couldn’t be more pleasant, hotel updated,breakfast, coffee was a great self serve. Hotel was a stone throw from Shenandoah National park!”

“The restroom is very cramped. The facilities are old and broken. The room has a bad smell.”

“The bad experience began when we pulled in and I tought the place was abandoned. The exterior looked sad and worn down. We wen to the office at 5:30 pm and no one was there, apparently check in between 3:30 and 5 if you'd like to actually talk to someone. We did receive an email explaining the check in procedure but as we were traveling in the State Park were there is little to no service we did not receive anything until we drove away from the motel and into the town where we finally got……

“服务很好，酒店整体很整洁。房间设施很齐，冰箱，洗碗机，微波炉，电磁炉，咖啡壶。应该是洗碗机有啥设置问题，隔一分钟左右响一声，不会关掉，比较烦。床品和毛巾略有些老，没到影响使用，但是感觉有点对不起酒店的等级吧。”

“Room assigned when we arrived had not been cleaned nor the bed made up. After calling the front desk the clerk examined another room and we stayed there for our three days”

“The property was uniquely superb, from the manager greeting us in the parking lot after we pulled in, to the customized details of the property itself, and using breakfast brought to our room was also a very nice touch, can’t wait to go back. ”

“We really enjoyed a relaxing stay here. It is located in lovely VA farm/vineyard country with beautiful views from various rooms in the Manor. The accommodations and common areas where beautifully appointed. We didn't have dinner there but the breakfast was substantial and very good (fresh eggs from their chickens apparently!). The staff was warm and gracious always anticipating our needs. They even had a Lucid EV charger that they allowed us to use prior to leaving to allieve my range……

“Cute place. I enjoyed my room - especially the fireplace and my bed was super comfy. The biergarden was closed so I didn’t get to visit that part of it the property. I had an early flight out of Dulles the next morning so I let her know at check in that I would miss breakfast. Other B&B’s I have stayed at packed me a breakfast to go when I let them know I had to leave early - no such luck here. Which is fine, it’s just a nice touch. So I asked if coffee was possible but nope. A coffee pot in……

“Initially when we reviewed the pictures of this property it really looked good! The packing lot area looked very clean and the picture of the bedroom looked nice! But once we walked into our room # 109 it was a total disaster! The room has a closed up / mold smell and the carpet is very dirty, both of the windows curtains didn’t close properly and there is a cold air draft along the floor area, I did notice form along the entire baseboard area of the room. The blankets and bedsheets did not……
