“I made reservations a month in advance for two queen beds. I was told during check in that only one king bed was available during my stay. The receptionist was only supposed to charge my card for incidentals. However, she charged me $406 instead. Once I addressed this issue, i was told by another staff that it was a “mistake”. The staff was rude and not helpful at all. Our hot water was not working as well. I will no longer consider Saddlebrook Marriott when I travel to this state again.”

"Super friendly and helpful staff Knowing that i am very sound sensitive, the staff is willing to change another room away from lift and highway, and provide one at high floor for me But still the noise is quite bad at night, but managed to get some sleep by sticking my head between two pillows There is coffee and muffin in the morning, and a small gym with cable machine, DB and treadmill Close to gas station and bus stop Good price comparing with those in nyc Cant ask for more"
