“The room was cold, but the bathroom was even colder because the heater was not hot and the quilts were thin. The room was very dim and depressing”

“I showed up at the property to check in and there was no one at the front desk. There was a number to call I called it numerous times and left messages after 30 min they called me back. And said they're phone was messed up and that they were at the property. I waited another 15 min and no one showed up. I tried calling them again and no answer. I ended up having to book a different hotel”

“This property had people living there. It was horrible. Girl at desk was nice enough but she didn’t even have a pen to write with. She also had a pitbull in the office. Outside had a car with a flat tire had been sitting there a while. There were children toys outside on sidewalk that told me there were people living there. They put us in a room with a broken security lock. The room had stain and nasty bedding and floors. Mirror was filthy, lamp shade torn. No remote for tv. We unload our things……

“We chose this hotel based on reviews but they clearly were not authentic. The place is in desperate need of maintenance. There were only 3 guests in the whole place (including us) and yet the front desk gal would not or could not figure out how to give us a bottom floor room with two beds. We used a third party app because it had a room with “a king bed and two twins” as an option. When we arrived, we were told they don’t have any rooms like that and we had to take the king bed on the 2nd floor.……

“The location was not described properly, it is in a middle of a commercial block which is deserted at night and the common space is a store front.”

“The place to stay in Elk City and the only downtown accomdation! There clean with multi-night touch up service. Property is very well decorated and downright cute. The front sitting area is a welcoming and restful place to read a book or just watch the few people that walk by. Walking distance is literally around the corner from downtown stores and cafes while parking is right in front of the location. Plenty of water and K-Cups provided as well as ice and 1 cold soda. Communication was very……

“The Bluebird was overall fabulous! Our only minor complaint is the Marie room would not get cool. The AC ran nonstop, but kept the temperature at a constant 75. The room did have 2 fans, so that helped. Bc of the room temp, I would give it a 4.5 rating. My husband reached out to Jeff about the AC. He did immediately respond letting us know about the fans. We would definitely stay here again!!”
