“很髒，很破舊”

“When I went to the room, the key couldn’t open the door. When the staff came she couldn’t open the door. So she moved us to another room. When we got there the door did opened but the room wasn’t clean. So the staff told another guest to move out of his room for us. That was the last straw we asked for a refund.”

“It was really filthy. The floors are caved in and the carpet are disgusting.”

“We booked a room. We were traveling and when we got there, no one was at the front desk. They left a number to call but they didn't answer. I contacted expedia and they tried to contact the hotel. Nobody answered”

“We chose this hotel based on reviews but they clearly were not authentic. The place is in desperate need of maintenance. There were only 3 guests in the whole place (including us) and yet the front desk gal would not or could not figure out how to give us a bottom floor room with two beds. We used a third party app because it had a room with “a king bed and two twins” as an option. When we arrived, we were told they don’t have any rooms like that and we had to take the king bed on the 2nd floor.……

“I stayed at this place, it was an alright experience if you just need a roof over your head for the night. The room was clean. The air conditioner was very loud. "Breakfast included" means you have a coffee maker in your room and they probably have some grain bars. So if you count on real breakfast, you better head somewhere.”

“The place to stay in Elk City and the only downtown accomdation! There clean with multi-night touch up service. Property is very well decorated and downright cute. The front sitting area is a welcoming and restful place to read a book or just watch the few people that walk by. Walking distance is literally around the corner from downtown stores and cafes while parking is right in front of the location. Plenty of water and K-Cups provided as well as ice and 1 cold soda. Communication was very……
