“Si, al llegar al hotel me dijeron que la reservación solo tenía una habitación con una cama, cuando reservé decía 2 camas matrimoniales y no querían respetar la reservación. Al final nos dieron a entender que hicieron un favor diciendo que para ellos la habitación doble es de 2 personas no de doble cama. Ese no era mi problema sin embargo se la pasaron alegando el tema. Por si fuera poco, a la hora de pagar la habitación no se efectuaba el cobro y dijeron que mi tarjeta estaba bloqueada cuando……
