"I was a late, almost 10pm check in but was met and warmly welcomed by Brendon (?) at the door. He gave me a brief history of the house and when he purchased / renovated it. He takes a lot of pride in his work as he should because the place is gorgeous, clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. My room was simple, clean, charming, and had a very nice, modern bathroom. My room was cozy and comfortable. The bed in my room has to be the most comfortable in all the Catskills. I look forward to staying...

"Delightful. Most comfortable bed in the world. I wouldn't recommend for people who have trouble with stairs. For those who do stairs, there is an excellent handrail. Very clean and aesthetically interesting. Very nice proprietors. Would definitely stay here again. Great part of town to explore. "

"My GF and I usually stay closer to Tannersville but wanted to check out this area. This place was perfect. Room was cozy and the mini living room addition to room with a pullout couch made if feel more spacious. Bed was super comfortable and had antique feel of the furniture and house. the self serve (honor system) bar and array of board games made for a nice relaxing night in by the gas fire place. The coffee and grab and go fruit/snacks, muffins was timely and perfect for starting out our day....

"The cottage was clean and bright. The location was convenient to many interesting towns and attractions and was in a safe and quiet area. The bonus was the sauna that was also very clean and enjoyed by both of us. This was not a 5 star hotel but a perfect place for us to celebrate our 40th Anniversary without the disturbances typically associated with a hotel. THANK YOU!!"

It was a marvel in many ways, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience with only a few minor flaws: rain shower didn’t work, the grounds where the hot tub is located could be landscaped to provide a beautiful and serene resting spot and there could be more of a staff presence to report "

"The Little Silver Guesthouse is the most adorable, well-equipped house. It was absolutely perfect in every way. The outdoor seating areas were quiet with spectacular views. The beds were super comfortable. The house was fully renovated and extremely clean. There were so many extra amenities. The location was convenient. Our hosts, Julie and Martin, were very gracious. We were greeted with a bottle of Champaign and a blueberry pie. I would highly recommend. We will definitely be back! "

The room was smaller than I originally thought, but it was extremely cozy and warm with all the nice amenities inside. We loved all the nice decoration and historical feeling the room has to offer. "Very poor customer service! The owner wasn't friendly and helpful. I understand we are going through difficult times but if you don't know how to deal with the stress of the situation then close your business. I asked for hot water in a paper cup for a medication. The owner made a fuss about it. The TV in the room wasn't working the owner got frustrated after he found out. Go someplace else where they would appreciate your business."
