"What an adorable and beautiful place! It provided the perfect ambience for relaxing and recharging after a 4 week long trip around Tuscany. The place is comfortable, peaceful and the breakfast is magnificent! Everybody we interacted with was kind, sweet and welcoming. Excellent location for exploring the Val D'Orcia. "Terribile! Non un 4 stelle. Ci hanno informato solamente dopo il check-in di avere dei “problemi” con l’A/C che in realtà è inesistente! Colazione al di sotto di ogni aspettativa. Il personale si mette a disposizione ma ben poco riescono contro le condizioni generali di un hotel che avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione completa. Unica nota positiva il rumore inesistente e la posizione, ma farebbero meglio a catalogarsi come un 3 stelle con SPA e piscina."
