"I am very satisfied with the Hotel Inn Plaza del Ángel. It is in the center of the city and still it's all quiet in there. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the air-conditioning altogether made it a beautiful place and a restful stay. I highly recommend HOTEL INN PLAZA del ÁNGEL."

"Las instalaciones están excelentes. Es moderno y de muy buen ambiente. La decoración del cuarto impecable. La baja calificación obedece a dos cosas. A las ocho de la mañana la camarista Toca en la puerta con ganas de derribarla de manera insistente. Entendemos que no pusimos el letrero de no molestar pero aún así la camarista tocó en tres o cuatro ocasiones de manera reiterada con ganas de despertarme. Lo que no nos permitió descansar la primera noche. Por otro lado, en el pasillo permanecieron platos de comida sucia de las habitaciones vecinas. Ni las recamaristas ni el personal de Room service fueron para recoger los platos sitios que dejaron otras habitaciones y por varias horas, durante dos días, los pasillos olían a comida. "
